This Originating Application is dismissed, the applicant having failed to comply with an Order for Further Particulars dated 15 April 2002.
Notice of a hearing to consider the respondent's request for the Originating Application to be struck out for failure to comply with the Order for Further Particulars was sent to the applicant on 13 June 2002.
This hearing took place on 13 August 2002. The applicant was neither present nor was he represented.
By Notice dated 15 August 2002 the applicant was put on notice that his Originating Application would be dismissed unless he complied with the Order for Further Particulars within a further period of 14 days.
By a letter dated 2 September 2002 the respondent's representative indicated that the applicant had failed to comply with the Order.
In the circumstances and in view of the applicant's continued failure to comply with the Order for Further Particulars the Originating Application is hereby dismissed.
