DECISION ON A PRE HEARING REVIEW
The Decision of the Tribunal is:-
(1) To grant the respondent leave to amend its response in the terms set out in the documents attached to the respondent’s letter, dated 11 December 2014, and to amend the response accordingly.
(2) To order, by consent,
(a) the claimant to be at liberty to issue any Notice for Information and/or Discovery and Inspection by 23 January 2015 arising out of the amended response; and the respondent to reply to any such Notice by 30 January 2015;
(b) the claimant and any witness he wishes to call to provide a witness statement to the respondent’s representative by 5.00pm on 20 February 2015;
(c) the respondent and any witness it wishes to call to provide a witness statement to the claimant’s representative by 5.00pm on 20 March 2015;
(d) all previous Case Management Orders set out in the record of proceedings dated 17 December 2014 to continue to apply, subject to the amendments set out above.
