“Is it just and equitable, in all the circumstances of the case, for the Fair Employment Tribunal to consider the claimant’s complaint of unlawful discrimination on the grounds of religious belief and/or political opinion, pursuant to the Fair Employment and Treatment (NI) Order 1998, despite the fact that it is out of time?”
2. For reasons given orally at the hearing the tribunal declined to extend a time limit and the claim was therefore dismissed.
