DECISION ON AN APPLICATION FOR REVIEW
The decision of the Fair Employment Tribunal of 13 November 2007 is varied insofar as references to Mr Matthews are deleted from Paragraph 4(iv) thereof.

- In correspondence to the Tribunal dated 29 November 2007, the claimant's solicitor made certain representations regarding Paragraph 4(iv) of the Tribunal's decision of 13 November 2007. This was with regard to references to Mr Matthews.
- It was agreed, in open Tribunal, that the said paragraph should be varied so as to exclude reference to Mr Matthews, and the Tribunal varied its decision accordingly, in the interests of justice but in no other respect.
