The Attorney General
-v-
James William Gervaise Le Gros
R. C. P. Pedley Esq., Crown Advocate.
Advocate O. A. Blakeley for the Defendant.
JUDGMENT
THE DEPUTY BAILIFF:
1. Mr Le Gros, you have pleaded guilty to serious offences where custody is the likely sentence. Accordingly we are unable to find exceptional circumstances in your case and you will be remanded in custody for 2 weeks until the 7th May when your case will return to court.
2. In the meantime I should indicate to you that as a result of your conviction you are automatically subject to the notification requirements under the Sex Offenders (Jersey) Law 2010 Article 3, and the period before which you might make an application to be released from those requirements will be set on the date of your sentence. Your advocate will explain those matters to you.
3. So your case stands adjourned until 7th May.
