THE commissioner:
1. Mr Warren, you must of course take your own decision as to representation but I emphasise I am not going to adjourn at a late stage if you suddenly decide that you want to be represented. You have plenty of time to make up your mind as to that and you must take your own decision but you must do so in good time before the trial because I am unlikely to grant any adjournment at the last minute.
