JUDGMENT
THE BAILIFF:
1. The Court said on the last occasion everything really that had to be said. We gave you a chance and we are rather sad that you have not taken it and that you have placed yourself in a position where the Court is really left with no option but to send you to prison. We hope that when you have served the sentence you will come out and find a job and make something of your life, but in the meantime we have to punish you for those offences which you have committed.
2. In accordance with the conclusions of the Crown Advocate, having taken into account the period of time which you have spent in custody and having also taken into account the small amount of Community Service hours that you have performed, we are going to sentence you to 6 months' imprisonment on each of the Counts, all those sentences to run concurrently, a total of 6 months' imprisonment. We discharge the Probation and Community Service Orders.
