Evidence-confessions-reliability-under Police Procedures and Criminal Evidence (Jersey) Law 2003, art. 74(2)(b), to consider whether confession likely to be unreliable in context of circumstances when made (not whether true)-if no reason to suspect appellant mentally vulnerable and declared fit for interview by police doctor, not breach of Code C to interview in absence of appropriate adult-confession may be reliable even if appellant has low IQ (78) and is highly suggestible and compliant
