In re Greville Bathe Fund v 2013 (2) JLR 402 (17 October 2013)
Trusts-powers and duties of trustees-management or administration powers-under Trusts (Jersey) Law 1984, art. 47(3), court may confer on trustees management or administration powers if it considers (a) it has jurisdiction to act; (b) expedient to confer power sought (i.e. would benefit trust as whole); and (c) it should confer power in exercise of its discretion-court approved inclusion in consolidated trust instrument of trust established in 1949 of administrative powers found in modern trusts
