Family Law-children-confidentiality of documents-disclosure-on father's application for contact with child, leave granted under Children Rules 2005, r.25 for disclosure of psychological assessment of father's family produced for purposes of previous care proceedings concerning his siblings (who opposed disclosure)-disclosure to limited class of persons, no public use and in interests of child to protect from harm-siblings' ECHR, art. 8 rights to respect for private and family life outweighed by art. 8 rights of applicant, child and mother and art. 6 rights to fair trial-although siblings distressed by disclosure, broad view of welfare includes mutual interest to ensure no further harm to family members
