Evidence-hearsay-evaluation-decision by Court of Appeal that Jurats' evaluation plainly wrong exceptional-court to be very cautious in reaching own view on weight to be given to hearsay evidence (pre-eminently decision for Royal Court)-even if evidence primarily documentary, in complex case lower court has advantage of systematic presentation of evidence and more time (and entitled to margin of appreciation)
