Evidence-witnesses-witness out of jurisdiction-video-link evidence-witness may give evidence by video link if in interests of justice, both between parties and expeditious management of litigation-e.g. if witness refuses to attend trial and otherwise statement admitted as hearsay-not inherently unfair to other party but risk of technical problems-court to determine in individual case if practical difficulties impair cross-examination or ability to judge witness's demeanour and make allowance if necessary
