Extradition-extradition from Jersey-specialty-important requirement under Extradition (Jersey) Law 2004, art. 32 of specialty arrangements with requesting territory-ensures extradited person triable in requesting territory only for conduct for which extradited-if error in wording of certificate under art. 32(6), court may consider reality of situation, or receive affidavit evidence, diplomatic note or further certificate, even if post-dates extradition order-arrangements comply with art. 32 if extradition offence defined according to foreign law but definition essentially same as in Jersey and, in any event, court satisfied by other evidence as to specialty requirements
