Evidence-hearsay-documentary hearsay-leave granted under Police Procedures and Criminal Evidence (Jersey) Law 2003, art. 67(1) for admission of witness statement if in interests of justice considering factors in para. (2), i.e. content, risk of unfairness to accused and other relevant circumstances-no unfairness if accused able to controvert most of evidence and put contradictory material to Jurats under Schedule 4-accused responsible for non-attendance of witnesses if direct result of overseas judgment he obtained
