Contract-damages-measure of damages-Wrotham Park damages compensatory, awarded in lieu of equitable relief (i.e. specific performance or injunction), whether or not such relief claimed or likely to be awarded-quantum based on hypothetical negotiation between willing buyer (contract-breaker) and willing seller (party claiming damages), acting reasonably, for release of contractual obligation-hypothetical negotiation usually at time of breach but later event may be considered-if no actual negotiation, reasonable to consider eventual outcome of breach-delay bringing claim may reduce award
