Family Law-domestic violence-non-molestation order-when deciding whether to grant or continue non-molestation order, court to consider all circumstances, including need to secure applicant's health, safety and well-being and, if continuation of order, circumstances at time of order as well as subsequent conduct-court to be satisfied that evidence of molestation; applicant needs protection; and judicial intervention required-order to be finite unless exceptional or unusual circumstances
