Civil Procedure-costs-discretion of court-principles governing exercise of discretion-court may depart from general rule that costs follow event and make separate orders to reflect outcome of different issues-classification of parties as "winner" and "loser" not always appropriate, e.g. in commercial cases-successful party may be deprived of all or part of costs if unsuccessful issues significantly increased length or cost of proceedings-need not be found to be unreasonable
