Evidence-privilege-privilege against self-incrimination-witness not required to answer question in criminal proceedings if would incriminate himself, i.e. expose him to criminal charge, penalty or forfeiture with real and appreciable risk of prosecution-normally to be determined by trial court after witness called and asked specific questions, though exceptionally determined in advance by that court, particularly if concerns all witness's evidence
