Criminal Law-provocation-elements of defence-provocation to have caused loss of self-control, and to have been sufficient to make reasonable person act as accused did-jury to consider particular characteristics of accused reducing self-control expected by society, e.g. chronic alcoholism-"reasonable man" concept inappropriate as potential to confuse jury
