Criminal Procedure-costs-defence costs-acquitted or discharged defendants-"discharged from the prosecution" in Costs in Criminal Cases (Jersey) Law 1961, art. 2(1)(c) means only that accused presented on billet and not convicted is "discharged"-not therefore able to claim costs
