duty to "attend at once" to prisoner's "illness"-
Prison (Jersey) Rules, 1957, r.76(1) requires medical officer to "attend" prisoner in prison and improper to prescribe treatment without examination on receipt of information from hospital officer-attendance "at once" conveys urgency not satisfied by awaiting next routine daily visit of duty medical officer-"illness" includes mental disturbance
