States Treasurer v Blanchet 1980 JLR 169 (22 August 1980)
Social Security-classification of insured persons-appeals-no appeal from decision of determining officer classifying insured person, under Social Security (Jersey) Law 1974, art. 33(5)(d)-Royal Court may consider matters of law concerning classification provided not on appeal from decision, e.g. on summons for arrears of contributions-court to consider if (a) proceedings generally sufficient and satisfactory, (b) determining officer legally entitled to make decision, and (c) decision reasonable, i.e. whether failed to consider relevant matters or considered irrelevant matters-not hearing de novo
