Road Traffic-insurance-"safe and efficient condition" of vehicle-brakes may be kept in "safe and efficient condition" within terms of policy even if some play on brake pedal slightly affecting braking time, which would constitute offence of not being "properly adjusted" under Motor Vehicles (Construction and Use) (Jersey) Order 1956, art. 56
