Family Law-separation orders-persistent cruelty-"cruelty" is spouse's misconduct of a sort other spouse could not be expected to endure, whether intention to hurt or not, causing injury to health or reasonable apprehension of injury-"persistent" means course of continuing cruel conduct and not single isolated act
