Att. Gen. v Ferey 1968 J.J. 975 (18 September 1968)
Planning Law-development-demolition-demolition of buildings undertaken as necessary part of construction work is "building operation" within Island Planning (Jersey) Law 1964, art. 1(1) and therefore "development" within art. 5(2), since "operation normally undertaken by a person carrying on business as a builder"-not development if demolition not accompanied by new building work
