(a) in paragraph (k), by the substitution of “in force;” for “in force.”, and
(b) by the insertion of the following paragraph after paragraph (k):
“(l) persons to whom the Minister has granted a residence permission in accordance with the International Protection Regularisation Scheme, which permission is still valid.”.

These Regulations amend the
Immigration Act 2004
(Registration Certificate Fee) Regulations 2012 (
S.I. No. 444 of 2012
) to provide that persons who hold a valid residence permission granted in accordance with the International Protection Regularisation Scheme are exempt from paying the fee for obtaining a registration certificate.
