Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in
“Iris Oifigiúil” of 1st June, 2018.
An Post, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 23 of the Post Office Act, 1908 and Section 70 of the Postal and Telecommunications Services Act 1983 , hereby makes the following Scheme:
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Postal Money Order (No. 3) Regulations 2018.
2. In these Regulations unless the context otherwise requires:
“The No. 2 Regulations” means the Postal Money Order (No. 2) Regulations, 2003 ( S.I. No. 29 of 2003 ).
3. Schedule One of the No. 2 Regulations is hereby repealed and replaced with Schedule One of these Regulations.
4. These Regulations shall come into operation on the 4th day of April 2018.
