I, PHIL HOGAN, Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (7) of section 1 of the Electoral, Local Government and Planning and Development Act 2013 (No. 27 of 2013), hereby order as follows: |

1. This Order may be cited as the Electoral, Local Government and Planning and Development Act 2013 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order 2013. |
||
2. The 7th day of November 2013 is appointed as the day on which Part 5 of the Electoral, Local Government and Planning and Development Act 2013 (No. 27 of 2013) comes into operation. |

This Order brings into operation Part 5 of the Electoral, Local Government and Planning and Development Act 2013 , which repeals sections 21 (c) and 22 of the Referendum Act 1994 , dealing with requirements in relation to making available for inspection and purchase at post offices copies of a Bill containing a proposal which is the subject of a referendum. |
