The Government, on the request of the Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11(1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows: |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister of State at the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food) Order 2009. |
||
|
2. Mr. Stiofán Nutty, particulars of whose addresses were deposited at the offices of the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, is appointed to be Special Adviser to Trevor Sargent, Minister of State at the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, with effect from 22 April 2009. |
||
