I, Michael McDowell, Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsections (6) and (7) of section 40 of the Civil Liability and Courts Act 2004 ( No. 31 of 2004 ), hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Civil Liability and Courts Act 2004 (Bodies Prescribed under Section 40) Order 2005. 2. Each of the bodies or persons specified in the Schedule to this Order is prescribed for the purposes of subsections (6)(b) and (7)(b) of section 40 of the Civil Liability and Courts Act 2004 ( No. 31 of 2004 ). |
