Copyright And Related Rights (Works Of Folklore) (Designated Bodies) Order, 2000.

I, TOM KITT, Minister of State at the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 92(4) of the S.I. No. 330 of 1997 ), hereby order as follows:

1.        This Order may be cited as the Copyright and Related Rights (Works of Folklore) (Designated Bodies) Order, 2000 and shall come into operation on the 1st day of January, 2001.

2.        In this Order “the Act” means the Copyright and Related Rights Act, 2000 (No. 28 of 2000) .

3.        Any archive under the administration, management or control of a body which is not established or conducted for profit and which maintains an archive of fixations of works of folklore, is designated as a body for the purposes of section 92 of the Act.
