In exercise of the powers conferred on the Minister for the Environment by section 36 (4) of the Environmental Protection Agency Act, 1992 (No. 7 of 1992), which said powers are delegated to me by the Environment (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order, 1993 ( S.I. No. 127 of 1993 ), I, JOHN BROWNE, Minister of State at the Department of the Environment, hereby order as follows: |

1. This Order may be cited as the Environmental Protection Agency Act, 1992 (Section 36 (4)) Order, 1994. |
||
2. This Order shall come into operation on the 18th day of July, 1994. |
||
3. All classes, descriptions and grades of employment with the Agency for which the maximum remuneration does not exceed the maximum remuneration of Level 6 in the employment of the Agency are hereby designated as classes, descriptions and grades of employment to which the provisions of sub-sections 36 (2) and (3) of the Environmental Protection Agency Act, 1992 , do not apply. |

EXPLANATORY NOTE. |
||
This Order, which comes into effect on the 18th of July, 1994, provides that sections 36 (2) and 36 (3) of the Environmental Protection Agency Act, 1992 , shall not apply to employees of the Agency whose maximum remuneration does not exceed the maximum remuneration of Level 6 in the employment of the Agency. |
