MILK (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) ACT, 1979 (SECTION 3) REGULATIONS, 1994.

MILK (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) ACT, 1979 (SECTION 3) REGULATIONS, 1994.

I, JOE WALSH, Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 3 of the Milk (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1979 (No. 24 of 1979) (adapted by the Agriculture and Food (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order, 1993 ( S.I. No. 11 of 1993 )), hereby make the following Regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Milk (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1979 (Section 3) Regulations, 1994.

2. These Regulations shall come into force on the 1st day of February, 1994.

3. The rate of fee specified in Section 3, subsection (1) of the Milk (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1979 (No. 24 of 1979) is hereby altered by the substitution of "0.3580 new pence equivalent to 0.0787 new pence per litre" for "0.3153 new pence (inserted by the Milk (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1979 (Section 3) Regulations, 1992 ( S.I. No. 425 of 1992 )).
