WORKER PARTICIPATION (STATE ENTERPRISES) ACTS, 1977 AND 1988 (APPOINTED DAY) (NATIONAL REHABILITATION BOARD) ORDER, 1988.

WORKER PARTICIPATION (STATE ENTERPRISES) ACTS, 1977 AND 1988 (APPOINTED DAY) (NATIONAL REHABILITATION BOARD) ORDER, 1988.

I, BERTIE AHERN, Minister for Labour, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 (1) of the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977 (No. 6 of 1977), hereby order as follows:--

1. This order may be cited as the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Acts, 1977 and 1988 (Appointed Day) (National Rehabilitation Board) Order, 1988.

2. The 3rd day of January, 1989 is hereby appointed to be the appointed day for the purposes of section 6 (as amended by section 10 of the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1988 (No. 13 of 1988)) of the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977 (No. 6 of 1977), in relation to the National Rehabilitation Board.

GIVEN under my Official Seal this 15th day of December, 1988.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This order prescribes the appointed day for determining election years for the National Rehabilitation Board under the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Acts, 1977 and 1988.
