AERODROME INSURANCE (FORM OF CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE) REGULATIONS, 1988.

I, JOHN P. WILSON, Minister for Tourism and Transport, in exercise of the power conferred on me by section 11(2) of the Air Navigation and Transport Act; 1988 (No. 15 of 1988), hereby make the following Regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Aerodrome Insurance (Form of Certificate of Insurance) Regulations, 1988.

2. These Regulations shall come into operation on the 22nd day of July, 1988.

3. The form of certificate of insurance for the purposes of section 11 (2) of the Air Navigation and Transport Act, 1988 (No. 15 of 1988), shall be the form of certificate set out in the Schedule to these Regulations and every such certificate shall specify the particulars, required in the said form to be specified, of the policy of insurance to which such certificate relates.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

These Regulations, made by the Minister for Tourism and Transport, prescribe the form of certificate of aerodrome insurance for the purposes of section 11 of the Air Navigation and Transport Act, 1988 (No. 15). They will come into operation on 22 July 1988 with the said section 11 (obligation to effect insurance in relation to aerodromes).
