S.I. No. 2/1988:

RESTRICTIVE PRACTICES (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1987 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1988.

RESTRICTIVE PRACTICES (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1987 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1988.

I, ALBERT REYNOLDS, Minister for Industry and Commerce in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 4 of the Restrictive Practices (Amendment) Act, 1987 (No. 31 of 1987), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Restrictive Practices (Amendment) Act, 1987 (Commencement) Order, 1988.

2. The Restrictive Practices (Amendment) Act, 1987 (No. 31 of 1987) shall come into operation on the 25th day of January, 1988.

GIVEN under my Official Seal this 5th day of January, 1988.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The purpose of the Order is to bring the Restrictive Practices (Amendment) Act. 1987 into operation with effect from 25th January, 1988.
