FUELS (CONTROL OF SUPPLIES) (REGULATION AND CONTROL OF SUPPLY AND DISTRIBUTION OF LIQUEFIED PETROLEUM GAS) (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1980.

FUELS (CONTROL OF SUPPLIES) (REGULATION AND CONTROL OF SUPPLY AND DISTRIBUTION OF LIQUEFIED PETROLEUM GAS) (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1980.

I, GEORGE COLLEY, Minister for Energy, in exercise of the power conferred on me by Section 3 (5) of the Fuels (Control of Supplies) Act, 1971 , hereby order as follows:--

1. This Order may be cited as the Fuels (Control of Supplies) (Regulation and Control of Supply and Distribution of Liquefied Petroleum Gas) (Revocation) Order, 1980.

2. The Fuels (Control of Supplies) (Regulation and Control of Supply and Distribution of Liquefied Petroleum Gas) Order, 1980 ( S.I. No. 309 of 1980 ), is hereby revoked.

GIVEN under my Official Seal this 9th day of October, 1980.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order removes the restrictions on the sale or disposal by traders of full cylinders of liquid petroleum gas imposed by the Fuels (Control of Supplies) (Regulation and Control of Supply and Distribution of Liquid Petroleum Gas) Order, 1980.
