HEALTH SERVICES (LIMITED ELIGIBILITY) REGULATIONS, 1979. |

The Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 46 of the Health Act, 1970 (No. 1 of 1970 ), with the consent of the Minister for Finance, hereby makes the following Regulations, as respects which, pursuant to the said section, a draft has been approved by a resolution passed by each House of the Oireachtas:-- |

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Health Services (Limited Eligibility) Regulations, 1979. |
||
2. For subsections (1) and (2) of section 46 of the Health Act, 1970 [as substituted by the Health Services (Limited Eligibility) Regulations, 1971 ( S.I. No. 276 of 1971 ) and by the Health Services (Limited Eligibility) Regulations, 1976 ( S.I. No. 141 of 1976 )] there shall be substituted the following subsection-- |

"(1) A person who is without full eligibility shall have limited eligibility for services under this Part." |
||
3. The Health Services (Limited Eligibility) Regulations, 1971, and the Health Services (Limited Eligibility) Regulations, 1976 are hereby revoked. |
||
4. These Regulations shall come into operation on 6th day of April, 1979. |
||
