S.I. No. 367/1974:

AGRICULTURAL WAGES (MINIMUM RATES) ORDER, 1974 (REVOCATION) (No. 2) ORDER, 1974.

AGRICULTURAL WAGES (MINIMUM RATES) ORDER, 1974 (REVOCATION) (No. 2) ORDER, 1974.

The Agricultural Wages Board, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Section 17 of the Agricultural Wages Act, 1936 (No. 53 of 1936), and of every and any other power them in this behalf enabling and after due compliance with subsection (7) of the said Section 17, hereby order as follows:--

1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Agricultural Wages (Minimum Rates) Order, 1974 (Revocation) (No. 2) Order, 1974.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 3rd day of February, 1975.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order.

3. The Agricultural Wages (Minimum Rates) Order, 1974 ( S.I. No. 107 of 1974 ) is hereby revoked.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The effect of this Order is to revoke the Agricultural Wages (Minimum Rates) Order, 1974 ( S.I. No. 107 of 1974 ).
