PETROLEUM OILS (PROHIBITION OF EXPORT) ORDER, 1973. |

I, PETER BARRY, Minister for Transport and Power, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the Fuels (Control of Supplies) Act, 1971 (No. 3 of 1971) hereby make the following Order: |
||
1. This Order may be cited as the Petroleum Oils (Prohibition of Export) Order, 1973. |
||
2. This Order shall come into operation on the 7th day of November, 1973. |
||
3. The export of petroleum oils except to a member State of the European Communities is hereby prohibited save under and in accordance with a licence granted under this Order. |
||
4. The Minister for Transport and Power may-- |
||
( a ) grant a licence to export petroleum oils of a kind or amount specified in the licence, |
||
( b ) attach to such a licence any conditions as he thinks proper and specifies in the licence, |
||
( c ) vary in writing any such conditions, and |
||
( d ) revoke any such licence. |
