EMPLOYMENT AGENCY ACT, 1971 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1972.

EMPLOYMENT AGENCY ACT, 1971 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1972.

I, JOSEPH BRENNAN, Minister for Labour, in exercise of the power conferred on me by Section 14 of the Employment Agency Act, 1971 (No. 27 of 1971) hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Employment Agency Act, 1971 (Commencement) Order, 1972.

2. The 1st day of November, 1972, is hereby appointed to be the day on which the Employment Agency Act, 1971 (No. 27 of 1971) shall come into operation.

GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 17th day of October, 1972.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The purpose of this Order is to appoint 1st November, 1972, as the day on which the Employment Agency Act, 1971 shall come into operation.
