SUPERANNUATION (DESIGNATION OF APPROVED ORGANISATIONS) (No. 2) REGULATIONS, 1971.

SUPERANNUATION (DESIGNATION OF APPROVED ORGANISATIONS) (No. 2) REGULATIONS, 1971.

I, SEOIRSE Ó COLLA, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 4 (1) of the Superannuation and Pensions Act, 1963 (No. 24 of 1963), hereby make the following regulations:

1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Superannuation (Designation of Approved Organisations) (No. 2) Regulations, 1971.

(2) The collective citation, "the Superannuation (Designation of Approved Organisations) Regulations, 1964 to 1971", shall include these Regulations.

2. The organisations set out in the Schedule to these Regulations are hereby designated as approved organisations for the purposes of section 4 of the Superannuation and Pensions Act, 1963 .

National Building Agency Limited
Pigs and Bacon Commission.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

Section 4 of the Superannuation and Pensions Act, 1963 , provides for the transfer of pensionable service in the case of staff transfers between the Civil Service and "approved organisations" and between one "approved organisation" and another. These regulations designate the three organisations set out in the schedule as "approved organisations".
