S.I. No. 165/1967:

CONTROL OF EXPORTS (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1967.

CONTROL OF EXPORTS (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1967.

I, SEOIRSE Ó COLLA, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 2 of the Control of Exports (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1956 (No. 1 of 1956), which Act is continued in force by the Control of Exports (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1956 (Continuance) Act, 1965 (No. 3 of 1965), hereby order as follows:

1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Control of Exports (Amendment) Order, 1967.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 30th day of June, 1967.

2. The Control of Exports Order, 1967 ( S.I. No. 36 of 1967 ), is hereby amended by the deletion of "Wire and tape recorders" in Part III of the Schedule.

GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 26th day of June, 1967.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The effect of this Order is to make the export of wire and tape recorders to places other than Northern Ireland and Great Britain subject to control.
