I, ERSKINE H. CHILDERS, Minister for Transport and Power, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 104 of the Harbours Act, 1946 (No. 9 of 1946) and the Transport, Fuel and Power (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order, 1959 ( S.I. No. 125 of 1959 ), and after due compliance with section 106 of the said Act, hereby order as follows: |

1. This Order may be cited as the Harbour Rates (Dundalk Harbour) Order, 1967. |
||
2. This Order shall come into operation on the 5th day of July, 1967. |
||
3. The maximum rates to be charged by the Dundalk Harbour Commissioners shall be the rates specified in Schedule A of the Dundalk Harbour and Port Act, 1925 , increased by 33 1/3 per cent. |
||

EXPLANATORY NOTE |
||
The effect of this Order is to authorise the Dundalk Harbour Commissioners to charge increased maximum goods rates at the port of Dundalk. |
