IMPOSITION OF DUTIES (No. 163) (DUTY ON WINE) ORDER, 1967. |

The Government, in exercise of the power conferred on them by section 1 of the Imposition of Duties Act, 1957 (No. 7 of 1957), hereby order as follows: |
||
1. This Order may be cited as the Imposition of Duties (No. 163) (Duty on Wine) Order, 1967. |
||
2. This Order shall come into operation on the 1st day of July, 1967. |
||
3. The Fourth Schedule to the Finance Act, 1966 (No. 17 of 1966), which relates to the excise duty on Irish wine, shall have effect as if for the rates of 8½d., 1s. 0d. and 2s. 0d. the gallon there were substituted rates of 1s. 5d., 2s. 0d. and 4s. 0d. the gallon respectively. |
