IMPOSITION OF DUTIES (IMITATION PARCHMENT OR GREASEPROOF PAPER) ORDER, 1967. |

I, CHARLES J. HAUGHEY, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the power conferred on me by section 3 of the Imposition of Duties Act, 1957 (No. 7 of 1957), hereby, with the consent of the Minister for Industry and Commerce, order as follows : |
||
1. This Order may be cited as the Imposition of Duties (Imitation Parchment or Greaseproof Paper) Order, 1967. |
||
2. This Order shall come into operation on the 4th day of May, 1967. |
||
3. The duties of customs at the rates of 40 per cent, 26.7 per cent, 24 per cent and 21.3 per cent imposed by paragraphs 5 (a), 5 (c), 5 (d) and 5 (e) of and mentioned in the Schedule to the Imposition of Duties (No. 159) (Customs Duties and Form of Customs Tariff) Order, 1966 ( S.I. No. 132 of 1966 ), at tariff heading numbers 48.03 (B) (1), 48.05 (B) (2) (a), 48.07 (H) (2) (a) and 48.15 (N) shall not be charged or levied. |
