I, CHARLES J. HAUGHEY, Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 of the Noxious Weeds Act, 1936 (No. 38 of 1936), and being satisfied as required by subsection (1) of that section, hereby order as follows: |
||
1.--(1) This Order may be cited as the Noxious Weeds (Male Wild Hop Plant) Order, 1965. |
||
(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 1st day of September, 1965. |
||
2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order. |
||
3. The plant specified in Part I of the Schedule to this Order is hereby declared to be a noxious weed in the area specified in Part II of that Schedule. |
||
