AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS (RESTRICTION OF EXPORT OF SUGAR COMMODITIES) (No. 2) ORDER, 1963 (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1964.

AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS (RESTRICTION OF EXPORT OF SUGAR COMMODITIES) (No. 2) ORDER, 1963 (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1964.

I, JOHN LYNCH, Minister for Industry and Commerce in exercise of the powers conferred on me by virtue of Section 2 of the Agricultural and Fishery Products (Regulation of Export) Act, 1947 (No. 18 of 1947), and the Agricultural and Fishery Products (Regulation of Export) Act, 1947 (Transfer of Powers) Order, 1956 ( S.I. No. 52 of 1956 ), hereby order as follows :

1.--(1) This Order may be cited as the Agricultural Products (Restriction of Export of Sugar Commodities) (No. 2) Order, 1963 (Revocation) Order, 1964.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 19th day of October, 1964.

2. The Agricultural Products (Restriction of Export of Sugar Commodities) (No. 2) Order, 1963 ( S.I. No. 170 of 1963 ), is hereby revoked.

GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 12th day of October, 1964.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The effect of this Order is to remove the control exercised by the Minister on the export to all destinations of goods containing sugar (including invert sugar).
