S.I. No. 98/1964:

CONTROL OF MANUFACTURES, 1932 (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1964.

CONTROL OF MANUFACTURES, 1932 (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1964.

I, JOHN LYNCH, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 12 of the Control of Manufactures Act, 1932 (No. 21 of 1932), hereby make the following regulations :--

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Control of Manufactures, 1932 (Amendment) Regulations, 1964.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to these Regulations.

3. The Control of Manufactures Regulations 1932 (S. R. & O., No. 108 of 1932), are hereby amended by the insertion in paragraph (iv) of Article 8 after subparagraph (a) of the following subparagraph, namely :--

" (aa) the circumstances in which it shall be requisite that some of such shares shall be held by or offered for sale to residents in the State and the kind, number, nominal value and selling price of the shares as respects which it shall be so requisite, and "
