S.I. No. 70/1962:

CEMENT (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1962 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1962.

CEMENT (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1962 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1962.

I, JOHN LYNCH, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 2 of the Cement (Amendment) Act, 1962 (No. 4 of 1962), hereby order as follows :

1. This Order may be cited as the Cement (Amendment) Act, 1962 (Commencement) Order, 1962.

2. The 15th day of May, 1962, is hereby appointed to be the day on which the Cement (Amendment) Act, 1962 (No. 4 of 1962) shall come into operation.

GIVEN under my Official Seal this 30th day of April, 1962.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This instrument appoints the 15th day of May, 1962, as the day on which the Cement (Amendment) Act, 1962 (No. 4 of 1962) comes into operation.
